Your first version,in front of real usersin about 10 weeks.
You have the idea and some funding. What you need now is something people can sign up to and use, so you can learn from them or show investors. We help you cut the scope to the one workflow that matters, then design, build and launch it at a fixed price paid monthly.
What we cut, and what we keep
Most first versions are late because they try to be version 3. We trim yours to the one workflow that proves the idea.
In your MVP
- Sign-up and login
- The one core workflow, done well
- A basic admin view for you
- Analytics to see what users do
- Email notifications that matter
Waits for version 2
- Native apps for both stores (unless phones are the point)
- Chat, feeds and social features
- Many user roles and settings
- Integrations beyond the essential one
- Polish for edge cases you haven’t seen yet
Ten weeks, step by step
Scoping workshop
We agree the users, the core workflow and what waits for version 2. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
Clickable prototype
Every key screen, clickable on your laptop and phone. Show it to a few users before we build.
Build in two-week sprints
Three sprints, each ending in a demo you can use. Feedback goes into the next sprint.
Launch
Deployed on your own cloud account and domain, with analytics running and a short guide for you.
Hand over or keep going
Take the code in-house with documentation, or continue on a monthly development plan.
How we’d build two common MVPs
These are example projects, not client work: they show how we cut scope and plan a first version. Our team’s delivered work includes multi-portal platforms, mobile apps on both stores and AI features for a US SaaS, all for clients who stay anonymous.
After launch, it’s yours
You own the code, the cloud account and the domain from day one. When the MVP is live you can continue with us on a monthly development plan, hire your own developers and take it in-house with full documentation, or pause while you raise or learn.
Working with founders across the US
Workshops, demos and reviews happen online, with calls in your time zone. If you’d like the scoping workshop in person, we can come to you, anywhere in the US. Your project lead works from our Dallas, Texas office.
MVP development questions
What if my idea needs more than 12 weeks?
Then the first version is probably too big. In scoping we look for the smallest version that still tests your main assumption. If it genuinely needs longer, we’ll say so and plan it in stages.
Should we start with web or mobile?
Usually web: it’s faster to build and change, and works on phones too. We start with a mobile app when the product only makes sense on a phone, for example for people working in the field.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share the details of your idea.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. It lives in a repository and cloud account in your company’s name.
Can you help me raise money?
No. We build products; we don’t advise on fundraising or introduce investors. A working MVP with real users is often the most useful thing to bring to those conversations, though.
Do you work with founders outside Texas?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Work happens online with calls in your time zone, and we can meet in person for the scoping workshop if you’d like.
Ready to cut your idea down to launch size?
Plan your MVP in two minutes, or book a scoping call.
